These terms govern your use of the MyCaddiPro app and website, including Tap-In and the 19th Hole ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, to the Tap-In community guidelines and to our copyright and takedown policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Course staff, caddie master and organizer roles are granted by the course or society concerned; you may not claim a role you are not entitled to.
You sign in with LINE, Google or Kakao. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what is done under your MyCaddiPro account. Give accurate details, including your handicap where you enter it yourself. One person, one account.
MyCaddiPro provides live scoring, handicaps, leaderboards, society event registration and results, tee-time and caddy bookings with participating courses, course offers, messaging between golfers, societies, caddies and courses, Tap-In (a photo and short-video feed for golf) and the 19th Hole (a noticeboard where members list golf gear and services).
Scores you or your playing partners enter are shared with your group, your society and its organizers, and on leaderboards you take part in. Organizers may correct scores and publish results. Handicaps shown in the app are calculated from posted rounds and society records and are for the app's own competitions unless your society states otherwise. A "Verified round" on Tap-In is read from the round recorded in the app; it cannot be typed in.
Everything you post must follow the Tap-In community guidelines. In particular, do not:
Uploaded photos (and frames from videos) are reviewed by AI (Google's Gemini service) before they are posted, and refused if they break the guidelines; we may also use AI to help review captions, comments and reported content, with people making the final decision on reports and appeals. Members can report posts; a post reported by several members is hidden while it is reviewed. MyCaddiPro may remove, hide or mute any content, and may limit, suspend or close an account, when we believe it breaks these terms, the guidelines or the law — with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, tell us in the app under Messages → Reports; for copyright removals use the counter-notice on the copyright page.
We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the notice-and-takedown procedures of Thailand's Copyright Act and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). How to send a notice, what happens next, how the poster can send a counter-notice, and our repeat-infringer policy are on the Copyright & takedown page. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will be closed.
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free scoring, handicaps or bookings. Content posted by members is theirs, not ours, and we don't endorse it. To the extent permitted by law, MyCaddiPro is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, missed tee times, incorrect results, dealings between members, or actions of courses, societies, caddies or other users.
If someone makes a claim against MyCaddiPro because of content you posted or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result, to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page with the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
