MyCaddiPro respects the rights of creators. Members may only post photos, videos, sound and text they created or have permission to use. We follow a notice-and-takedown process in line with Thailand's Copyright Act and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Unlicensed material is taken down. If something on Tap-In, the 19th Hole or elsewhere on MyCaddiPro uses your work without permission, tell us with the form below and we will remove or disable it.
1. Sending a takedown notice
Your notice must include:
your name and contact details (email, and a phone number or postal address);
a description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed (for example the song, video or photo);
where it appears on MyCaddiPro — the post's share link, or the poster's name and a description of the post or listing;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
your signature (typing your full name counts).
Members can also report a post in the app: ⋯ → Report → Music or copyright.
2. What happens next
We review the notice promptly and, when it is complete, remove or disable access to the material. A video with music the poster doesn't own may instead be muted.
We tell the member who posted it that it was removed because of a copyright notice, and how to send a counter-notice.
We keep a record of notices and removals.
3. Counter-notice (if your post was removed by mistake)
If you posted the material and believe it was removed by mistake or misidentified — for example it is your own recording — send a counter-notice with:
your name and contact details;
what was removed and where it appeared;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand (or, if you are in the US, your local US federal court) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice;
your signature.
We send your counter-notice to the person who sent the takedown notice. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have started court action, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post material they don't have the rights to will be closed.
5. False notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for the damages it causes. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, get legal advice before sending a notice.
